Sister Louise Jones
Beginning and early years
Sister Jones is a native of the beautiful and scenic Beaufort (Hilton Head), S.C. which is currently one of the most well known popular vacation spots on the Atlantic Coast. Louise is the second of eight children and has heart warming memories of her childhood. After her graduation from high school she moved near her sister in the Bronx, New York where she furthered her education in the city's technical and college system.
Marriage and Transition to the Southeast
In 1979 she married Walter E. Jones and they have two children. Her family moved from the Bronx, New York to Atlanta, Georgia in 1986. Shortly afterwards her family joined the Lighthouse Church where she has been a faithful, devoted and supported member of the church. She is the grandmother of five and number six will be making her debut into this world shortly
Employment and other interests
Sis. Jones has worked in various positions in her employment career usually as an administrator or office manager. In 2016 she retired from the Atlanta VA Medical Center where she worked approximately ten years contracting home health care agencies to provide home care to disabled veterans who were mentally or physically impaired serving our country. Louise states she is not only blessed for her biological bond with her siblings, but also grateful for the camaraderie and unity that God has enable us to share at Lighthouse Church. In addition, she thanks God for her spiritual growth because of all the many titles she possess the most fulfilling, meaningful and important one is SERVANT of the most high God.
